2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
