ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to forward the application of the petitioner dated 16.09.2022 to concerned authorities along with precise area Letter and Mining Plan approval by considering the petitioner's representations dated 19.03.2023 and 23.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, as order has already been passed on 20.06.2024 with regard to the subject issue.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders required to be passed. No costs.
