This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the 3rd 1/4
condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6107 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, dated 10.09.2024 and consequently, modify the 3rd condition as to appear before the Kayathar Police Station instead of the respondent Police Station until further orders.

Considering the difficulty expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and that he has already complied the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6107 of 2024 for a period of 10 days, let the petitioner shall comply the said condition for another five days and thereafter, the condition shall stand relaxed.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
