Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or orders or directions in the nature of Writ, directing the respondents to pay the Service Surrender Leave Salary amount of Rs. 1,91,230 payable to the petitioner for the period from 2010 to 2017, together with 6 percentage interest from the date of HIS retirement i.e. 31.12.2017 to till the date of payment and all other attendant benefits to him within the stipulated period and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 13.07.2022 passed in W.P(MD)No.7898 of 2022 the Contempt Petition is filed.

2. When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing toady, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 13.07.2022 passed in W.P(MD)No.7898 of 2022, has been complied with.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
