ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b)324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime 1/3

No.389 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel the petitioner herein along with other accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. He would further submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. Therefore, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy element and having 11 previous cases, hence he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Taking into consideration the previous bad antecedent of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
