ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to comply with the order passed in C.M.P.No.3267 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No-I, Kuzhithurai dated 18.05.2022 and 30.08.2023 and direct the first respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.04.2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that enquiry will be completed and final report will be filed by the respondent within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the 2/4

investigation and file a final report, within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by complying the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
