This Civil Revision Petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time''.

2. This Court has already allowed the Civil Revision Petition, by order dated 25.02.2025, directing the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the case in C.M.A(CS).No.06/2022 and 15 other appeals within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, vide his Letter in D.No.21, dated 02.01.2026, requested six months' time to dispose of the said C.M.A(CS).No.06/2022 and 15 other appeals.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 02.01.2026, the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the said C.M.A(CS).No.06/2022 and 15 other appeals within a period of six months from the date of the request made by him. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
