The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Headmistress of the fourth respondent School seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 1 and 2 to approve the services of the writ petitioner in the post of Primary School Headmistress in the fourth respondent School. 2 According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner was appointed as Headmistress of the said School on 07.11.2023 and the Management has forwarded the said proposal to the second respondent. So far, the second respondent has not pass any orders. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

In view of the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the Management and also the representation given by the writ petitioner on 25.09.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
