O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the limited purpose of directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.No.1135/Tha.Ppi/2022 dated Nil.09.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.7107/A5/2021 dated Nil.01.2022, the petitioner had preferred the statutory appeal before the first respondent. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the said statutory appeal in this writ petition.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal in Na.Ka.No.1135/Tha.Ppi/2022 dated Nil.09.2022, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other parties whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
