Eventhough positive mandamus has been sought for, to prepare the annual list of approved candidates for appointment to the post of Assistant Engineer in consonance of GO (Ms)No.169 dated 25.08.2014, Animal Husbandry and Dairying and Fisheries (FS-II) Department by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2025, without entering upon the merits, this Court directs the first respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner namely 16.07.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
