Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to direct the Learned District munsif, Ramanathapuram to dispose the suit in O.S.No.171 of 2015 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame as stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 23.10.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif,

Ramanathapuram in D.No.211 dated 25.06.2025 seeking further to grant four months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.171 of 2015 this Court made the following Order:

'By order dated 23.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.171 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.211/2025, dated 25.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 23.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 23.10.2024.'
