This petition has been filed to to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to expedite the trial in C.C.No.212 of 2013 within a time as framed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the trial is in progress.

3.Considering the fact that the case is pending from 2013 onwards, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.212 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
