ORDER

The petitioner has preferred an appeal to the 2nd respondent to set aside the order, dated 21.10.2022 passed by the Tahsildar. This appeal has been preferred as early as on 23.08.2024. Since the same has not been processed to date, the above writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, a mandamus is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 23.08.2024 and pass orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the said observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
