ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 173 days in filing the appeal.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. However, the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the award amount to the credit of MCOP No.303 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum, V Additional District and Sessions Judge, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
Madurai, within a period of four weeks from today, failing to deposit the said amount, the application shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court. On deposit of the said amount, the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order.
