Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders in respect of the enquiry initiated vide notice in Na.Ka.No.2360/10/A11/Ram dated 25.06.2024 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders in respect of the enquiry initiated vide notice in Na.Ka.No.2360/10/A11/Ram dated 25.06.2024.

2. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that enquiry has been commenced and the same is pending. He would further submit that enquiry would be concluded and final orders would be passed in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and any other interested parties/stake holders. The same was accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
