ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr.N.Mohamed Haneef, learned counsel on record for petitioner in 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity] sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned HCP, as no complaint has been lodged as regards the alleged incident. 2.Learned counsel on record for petitioner made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 3.Learned counsel requested this Court to preserve all the rights 2/5

of the petitioner and/or anyone concerned for petitioner's daughter for coming up with a similar petition or moving any other appropriate Court/s/Forum/Fora/Authority/Authorities with a suitable petition if need arises after giving a complaint. Request acceded to. 4.Captioned HCP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of the petitioner and/or anyone concerned for the petitioner's daughter in the aforesaid manner.
