ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2025 within stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has sought for No Objection Certificate to run an Ayurvedic Center in his representation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner is being considered and the petitioner has to submit few documents before the No Objection Certificate is issued.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits on the request made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the 2/4

petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from today. The petitioner may also be afforded an opportunity of hearing, if required.
