ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to delete the petitioner's name from the list of deceased persons and include her name in the family card No.20lP025P1 within a time frame by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.A.Azhageson, learned counsel appearing of the petitioner and Mrs.K.Christy Theboral, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner has been included in the list of deceased persons and the adar card of the petitioner has also been inadvertently blocked pursuant to which, the petitioner could not include her in name in the family card of her husband.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner got married, her name was deleted from the family card of her father. Once she applied for inclusion of her name in the family card of her husband, she came to know that her name was in the list of deceased persons. Hence, the petitioner approached the third respondent to include her name in 2/5
the family card of her husband. But the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that the Adar card of the petitioner has been erroneously blocked and the same has been rectified now. The petitioner was also informed the same by way of SMS. Without confirming the said fact, the petitioner is making the allegations as the third respondent has not proceeded with the case. The hindrance has now been made free and her request of inclusion of her name in the family card of the petitioner will be considered.

With regard to the first limb of the prayer, this Court is of the view that due to some inadvertent requests, the name of the petitioner has been included in the list of the deceased persons and her Adar card was also blocked and now the respondents have set right the issue by unblocking the Adar card of the petitioner and by deleting the name of the petitioner from the list of deceased persons. With regard to the second limb of the prayer, this Court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording fair opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of sixteen [16] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
