PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent Police not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken.

3. During the course of enquiry, it is alleged by the petitioner that the second respondent harrasing the petitioner to execute the cancellation of deed cancelling his sale deed in Doc.No.1000/2017 and execute the sale deed in favour of the third respondent. Further, the third respondent is the owner of the property, he created the fake documents and based upon which only, subsequent sale or settlement has been effected.

4. Since enquiry is pending, the second respondent is directed to summon the petitioner as well as the third respondent for enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the 2/4

date of appearance of the parties.

5. With the above said direction, this petition is disposed of. 13.10.2023 NCC :
