(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. The petitioner's husband is missing since 08.08.2024. Based on the petitioner's complaint, the second respondent has registered Crime No.155 of 2024. The petitioner's husband has written a letter to the second respondent. Copy of the said letter has been produced before us. From a reading of the said letter, we are of the view that it is not a case of illegal detention. The petitioner's husband appears to have left the matrimonial home on his own accord. There appears to be serious misunderstanding between the petitioner and the husband. It is for the petitioner to pursue her remedy with the second respondent.
