2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that charge sheet was made ready as 'Mistake of Fact' and they are going to file the final report shortly.

4. Recording the same, the first respondent is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
