Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to constitute a Committee headed by a retired Judge of this Court to remove the encroachment made in S.No.6/2, 6/3, 6/4, 6/5 and 6/7 situated in K.Pudur, Thallakulam Village, Madurai District admeasuring an extent of 31.10 Acres and consequently utilize the said lands for the purpose for which it was originally assigned.

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to constitute a Committee headed by a retired Judge of this Court to remove the encroachment made in S.No.6/2, 6/3, 6/4, 6/5 and 6/7 situated in K.Pudur, Thallakulam Village, Madurai District admeasuring an extent of 31.10 Acres and consequently utilize the said lands for the purpose for which it was originally assigned."

3.The retired Judges have got better things to do. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
