This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.10.2022 passed I.A. No. 312 of 2022 in O.S. No. 97 of 2016 on the file of Learned District Munsif Court of Aranthangi and pass such further or other orders, as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 1/4

ORDER : This Civil Revision Petition Coming on for hearing on this day, in the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 30.11.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif Aranthagi vide letter in D.No.348/2023 dated 02.09.2023 this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 30.11.2022, directed the trial Court to complete the trial in O.S.No.97 of 2016 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. The learned District Munsif, Aranthangi has submitted a requisition dated 02.09.2023 through the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, wherein, it has been stated that the suit could not be disposed of in view of the interlocutory applications came to be filed by both the parties.

4. It is seen that the suit was posted for arguments on 19.06.2023, but the suit is not disposed of till now.

5. Considering the above, the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.97 of 2016 within a period of two months from today (10.10.2023).
