ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh J.) It is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the common order passed by the writ Court, the present appeal has been filed.

2. The order passed in favour of the three other writ petitioners, in the appeal, the delay was condoned by this Court on 18.11.2024 in CMP(MD) No.8348/2024 in 1/3

WA(MD)No.SR42632/2024 by imposing cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with liberty to the Government to recover the said sum of Rs.5,000/- from the officials, who were responsible for the delay in preferring the present appeal. Since the present appeal is also filed against the same common order passed by the writ Court, this petition stands allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to be payable by the appellants as cost to the private respondent herein. After payment of the cost to the respondent, the Government is at liberty to recover the said sum of Rs.5,000/- from the officials, who were responsible for the delay in preferring the present appeal. sd/- 24/01/2025 / TRUE COPY / /02/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
