O R D E R

Though the petitioner has challenged the suspension order made in Roc.No.17218/2018/A1, dated 06.06.2018, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the second respondent reconsiders the order of revocation made in Na.Ka.No.47218/2018/A1, dated 07.08.2019, in view of the long suspension.

2. In the light of the submission made by the learned senior counsel and without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to seek for revocation of suspension order in Roc.No.17218/2018/A1 dated 06.06.2018 and the respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. (MD) No.21902 of 2019 stands closed.
