O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) The petitioner had filed the Habeas Corpus Petition complaining that his daughter, who was born on 07.07.2006, had been missing on and from 19.08.2025. In this regard, a complaint had been lodged and FIR had been registered by the third respondent police/Vaiyampatty Police Station in Crime No.381 of 2025 under the caption 'Woman Missing'. Simultaneously, it was also informed that yet another FIR had been registered complaining about the missing of a boy from the neighbouring Village for which, FIR in Crime No.382 of 2025 had been registered under the caption 'Man Missing'. The matter had been originally listed for the hearing date on 15.10.2025. But, however, a mention was made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Hence, the matter had been taken up today.

2. The daughter of the petitioner had been secured. The boy with whom she had moved away, has also been secured. The petitioner is present and his wife is also present. We enquired with the daughter of the petitioner and she had stated that she had married the boy in a Temple. She had done her first year Nursing course and had then discontinued her studies. The petitioner and his wife expressed their intention to take their daughter and also the boy, whom she had married, along with them and stated that no untoward incident would happen and they would take care both of them. Since the detenue had been secured, no further order is required.
