ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.10.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 105 and 238 of BNS, 2023 in 1/3

crime No.209 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner set up live wire fencing and the deceased came into contact with the same and died and the petitioner tried to do away with the evidence by lifting the body and putting it in the road thinking that some vehicle will run over to set it up as if it is a road accident and considering the fact that the occurrence happened only on 8.10.2024 and the investigation is in nascent stage for the present I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
