ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Uthamapalayam.

2. When the matter came up on 28.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Judge, Family Court, Uthamapalayam. The learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam, has sent a report dated 08.05.2026 stating that he will dispose of H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2023 within a period of two months. 1/3

Consequently, the learned Judge is requested to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
