ORDER

Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 15.03.2023 to take action against one Wilson Vajjiram, who executed a sale deed in favour of one Ramesh in respect of the trust property by fabricating a fake document 'Missing Certificate' as if it was issued by the Sub Inspector of Police, Thirupathur Taluk. But, the said representation has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. In view of the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
