2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' on 10.11.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruchendur.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
