This Petition had been filed to direct the Second Respondent to file a final report in Crime No.105 of 2022 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, from the Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation on the complaint made by the Petitioner is in progress and await for finger comparison and CD Report and the same will be completed within a period of two months. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the Investigation Officer to complete the process of the enquiry on the complaint of the Petitioner and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by the Investigation Officer.
