ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.We are satisfied that the direction given by us has been complied with. We made it clear that the water tank put up in the petition mentioned water body alone shall be allowed to remain and that the remaining constructions will have to be pulled down. 2/6

3.From the photographs, it is seen that all the remaining constructions have been pulled down. The petitioner's grievance is that the debris as well as the foundations have not been removed. 4.We permit the writ petitioner to carryout the task of restoration of the water body to its original condition under the supervision of the jurisdictional Executive Officer and after due intimation to him. 5.The contempt petition stands closed.
