ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.692 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Theni to be transferred to the Family Court, Madurai, on the ground that she is a permanent resident of Madurai and she is residing along with her son in Madurai and she finds difficulty to travel to Theni for every hearing.

2. Though the respondent has been served and represented through counsel, there is no representation on the side of the respondent on 27.01.2023 and 21.02.2023.

3. In view of the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No.692 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Theni is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Madurai.

4. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm To 1.The Family Court, Theni.
