The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.12.2022 passed in W.P. (MD)No.20554 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 22.12.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.20554 of 2024 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Pa.Mu.Pi1/13317/2024 dated 19.12.2024.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnor / respondent, this contempt petition stands closed.
