PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to direct the Learned Principal District court, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No. 56 of 2007 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No. 56 of 2007 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the suit had been filed as early as in the year 2007 and that notice is sought to be served on some of the defendants as evident from the B diary extract, the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, is directed to look into the suit and effect service upon the unserved respondents in the manner known to law and thereafter dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, however not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
