ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 are interfering in the civil dispute and the petitioner is not due to pay any money to the third respondent as claimed by the third respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the enquiry will be conducted and closed within a period of one week from today.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct enquiry and take a decision on or before 15.09.2025. 2/4
