ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to expedite the enquiry regarding the petitioner's complaint in Na.Ka.A6 8310-2024, Nil dated and to cancel the patta in favour of the respondent Nos.6 to 16 within time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Paramakudi, submitted that already enquiry has been fixed and notice has been issued on 22.08.2025 by fixing the hearing on 16.09.2025. He further submitted that enquiry will be completed and final orders will be passed within a period of eight weeks.
3. In view of the fact that already enquiry proceedings have commenced and notice has been issued, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Paramakudi to complete the enquiry and pass final 3/5
orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
