Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner of the civil matter, particularly money debit and credit matter of the petitioner, De-facto complainant and labour in the guise of De-facto complainant.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner of the civil matter, particularly money debit and credit matter between the petitioner and the de-facto complainant.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the third respondent / defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
