ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.5003 of 2019, dated 13.09.2019.

2.This revision has been preferred stating that after obtaining the anticipatory bail in this matter, the respondent herein is continuously engaged in making tress passing, removing the stones, causing trouble and nuisance etc., He made a complaint on 15.09.2018. He has also sent a complaint with regard to the second occurrence. That was not properly investigated by the respondent police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report was also filed in C.C.No. 46 of 2022, dated 15.09.2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti. Now the case was posted for witness examination. According to him, there was no subsequent complaint by the revision petitioner against the respondent herein.

4.Whether any subsequent occurrence or violation by the concerned 2/4

Court, is a matter for consideration at the time of trial before the concerned Court. Now the witnesses have been called for, summons have been issued to the witness to appear before the Court on 25.01.2023. Depending upon the above said process of trial, if still the petitioner is aggrieved, he can workout his remedy before the concerned Court during the pendency of trial itself.
