ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her family.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner as well as the rival claimants have given complaints against each other and both were enquired into by the respondent Police; that the parties gave an undertaking that they will resolve their dispute before the Civil Court; and that the complaints were closed based on the said undertaking.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 03.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
