ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in S.C.No.62 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi, 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.21 of 2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, against the petitioners. Thereafter, the first respondent police filed final report and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.62 of 2022, by the Sub Court, Lalgudi. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet in S.C.No.62 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi, ended in acquittal on 30.03.2023. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
