PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue direction directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to provide necessary police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 30.09.2023.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to provide necessary police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 30.09.2023. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of repeated complaint made, at the influence of the counter parties, no proper action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the above said issue case in counter case in Crime Nos.472 and 473 of 2023 have been registered against each other. Another complaint in CSR.No.1009 of 2023, dated 02.10.2023 is also pending. He would further submit that because of the frequent trouble between the two groups of people, recommendation has been made to the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer to initiate action under Section 107 Cr.P.C. The said recommendation, dated 03.10.2023, is stated to be pending 2/5

with the concerned authority.

4.In view of the above said development, this Court is of the view that depending upon the outcome of the above said proceedings, the petitioner can revive his application before the respondent police, if any necessary arises in future.

5.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
