2. The learned IV Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, has sent a letter in D.No.1580/2025 dated 19.12.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.869 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.10.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned IV Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.869 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
