Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners in connection with the civil dispute with the 3rd respondent and restrain them from interfering in the said money transaction. ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners in connection with the civil dispute with the 3rd respondent and restrain them from interfering in the said money transaction.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was initially conducted on the complaint given by the third respondent and since the second respondent found that the same disclosed only a civil dispute, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above submissions, the apprehension of the petitioner no longer exists. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 04.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Indu 2/4
