ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to permit the Pallar Community people of Narasingamangalam Village to do moopu service along with Pallar Community people of Mahalikudi Village in Arulmighu Samayapuram Mariamman Temple, Trichy by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 26.04.2022.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner submitted his representation on 26.04.2022 before the Respondents 1 and 2 and is still pending consideration.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents that the 1st Respondent shall consider and pass orders on above representation of the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Recording the same, the 1st Respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the the Petitioner's representation, dated 26.04.2022 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after 2/4

affording a reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner and any other interested parties/stake holders, if any.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
