PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection during the construction of compound wall in the petitioner's plot situated in Survey No.131/A-12, Plot No.28, K.Abisegapuram, Trichy City For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sivakumar For Respondents : Mr.S.Chandrasekar No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor
ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection during the construction of compound wall in the petitioner's plot situated in Survey No.131/A-12, Plot No.28, K.Abisegapuram, Trichy City
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that only online complaint has been given by the petitioner and if the petitioner approaches the respondent police with the fresh complaint, suitable action will be taken after enquiry.
3. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original petition is closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh written complaint before the concerned police and appear for enquiry.
