This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband namely Maripoovarasan S/o.A.Sekar (the petitioner's husband) aged about 23 years.

2.ON the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent registered the case in crime No.873 of 2019 under man missing and conducted investigation. On investigation, the 2nd respondent found that the husband of the petitioner is now eloped with the 4th respondent and their whereabouts are not known. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
