This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.II, imposed on the petitioner / accused in Crl.M.P.No.2317 1/4
of 2024, dated 21.09.2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, Theni District that "the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm for a 15 days" .
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the difficulty expressed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that there is fracture in the petitioner's leg and now only has been discharged from the hospital, but yet he is with the wound under the plaster in his legs and is unable to move around, I am of the view that for the present the petitioner's compliance of the condition can be postponed. The petitioner shall comply with the condition starting from 25/11/2024, daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks. In view of the fact that the order is modified, the time is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the other conditions.
