Market at Dindigul on receiving the balance first year license fee of Rs.15,00,000/- by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.11.2022.

2.Heard Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Thirunavukarasu, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for respondent. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.11.2022, seeking to grant license by accepting the fee paid by the petitioner, has not been considered by the respondent. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2022 has been considered by the respondent.
