ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2019 seeking to enforce the order passed by the third respondent, dated 24.07.1998.

2.Representation submitted by the petitioner earlier on 22.11.2019, is stated to be pending. The petitioner also states that there is no rival claim. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

i)The third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.11.2019 on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
